Avila left Sunday's game in the sixth inning after taking a foul ball off the mask, MLive.com's Chris Iott reports. Avila had trouble getting up after the stray foul ball hit him in the mask, and was ultimately forced out of the game. Bryan Holaday replaced him behind the plate.
