Pagan (back) will bat leadoff Friday, Alex Pavlovic of the Mercury News reports. Pagan had missed the previous three games with a back injury, but he appears to be getting healthy just in time for the Giants' final week and a half of the season. Once the Giants clinch a wild card berth, they may take the opportunity to rest Pagan in a game or two.
