Machado (knee) will continue to rehab in Los Angeles over the next week, Eduardo Encina of the Baltimore Sun reports. Manager Buck Showalter acknowledged that Machado is progressing well with his recovery from knee surgery that ended his season in late-August. He should be ready to go for Opening Day of next season, but he'll join the Orioles strictly as a spectator for the playoffs.
