Ackley is out of the lineup Sunday against the Rangers. Though he's been mostly a pleasant surprise since the All-Star break, Ackley has experienced a tough week at the plate, going 1-for-19 during his previous five starts. The slump probably isn't significant enough to cost him his starting job in left field just yet, but he'll get a day off with lefty Derek Holland starting for the Rangers.
