Baker will have start moved back to Friday against the Mariners, Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News reports. Baker would've faced that Mariners had he been given the OK to pitch Thursday, so moving back a day won't change his predicament too much. Robbie Ross moves up a day to start Friday.
