Guyer had a productive night going 2-for-4 with a walk, a home run, and three RBI in a losing effort against Boston on Friday. His at bats have taken a significant hit in August as the Rays look at other options in the outfield. He has just three home runs and 24 RBI to go with a respectable .271 average so he will have to hope this outburst earns him more playing time heading into September.
