Ortiz (elbow/foot) is back in the lineup Wednesday in Toronto, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports. Ortiz endured a rough weekend, leaving back-to-back outings Saturday and Sunday following a hit by pitch on his left elbow and fouling a ball of his right foot, respectively. As a result, he missed the past two games, but in his return to action, he's manning DH and batting third in the order.
