Napoli will take a seat as the Red Sox stock up on left-handed bats to counter Angels righty Garrett Richards. The first baseman typically has relatively neutral splits and just received a day of rest Sunday, so it isn't out of the realm of possibility that he's dealing with some sort of injury concern.
