Presley experienced a setback with his oblique Saturday at short-season Tri-City and will subsequently be shut down 7-to-10 days, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports. In two outings at the affiliate entering Saturday's game, Presley tallied a triple and a run scored in five at-bats. He'll now be hard-pressed to return before August concludes, but when he receives a clean bill of health, he should factor into the outfield mix in Houston.
