Derek Holland threw 33 pitches over two scoreless innings in his first rehab start with Double-A Frisco on Wednesday. Holland didn't allow a hit over his two innings, walking two while striking out four. His next start will come Monday with Triple-A Round Rock. Holland will continue to build up his endurance and his pitch count with an eye on a late August return.
