Daniel Descalso left Tuesday's game versus the Padres after being hit on the right knee by a pitch. Descalso was able to limp down to first base but was then replaced by pinch-runner Peter Bourjos. He'll likely be re-evaluated Wednesday before the Cardinals know how much time he might miss.
