Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that teams have asked the Indians about the availability of Justin Masterson. Making his way back from a knee injury, Masterson will make his second rehab start with Triple-A Columbus on Friday and could wind up returning with another team. The 29-year-old will be a free agent at the end of the season after extension talks with the Indians this spring broke down. Masterson has put up a disappointing 5.51 ERA through 19 starts in his walk year, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see him have a nice second half if his knee is right.
