Yovani Gallardo held the Reds to two earned runs over seven innings but the Brewers lost on Sunday. Gallardo gave up eight hits but didn't walk a batter and struck out three in a nice bounceback outing after yielding eight runs -- five earned -- over just five innings last week. He was left with a no-decision, with reliever Will Smith taking the loss. Gallardo will carry a 3.45 ERA and 1.23 WHIP into his next start versus St. Louis.
