Steve Delabar is expected to be recalled Thursday. Delabar was sent to Triple-A Buffalo on Tuesday, but a spot opened up in the Blue Jays' bullpen on Wednesday night when Brett Cecil (groin) was placed on the disabled list. Delabar had a disappointing 4.68 ERA and 21/16 K/BB ratio over his first 25 innings this year.
