Chad Billingsley (elbow) was scheduled to meet with Dr. Neal ElAttrache after throwing a bullpen session Monday. Dr. ElAttrache will help determine the pitcher's next step, but Billingsley is hoping to resume his rehab assignment soon. The right-hander had to be shut down for a while after developing tendinitis in his pitching elbow.
