Brewers activated RHP Brandon Kintzler from the 15-day disabled list. Kintzler wound up missing the minimum 15 days with a mild strain of his right rotator cuff. He posted an impressive 2.69 ERA and 1.065 WHIP in 77 innings of relief last season for Milwaukee, and will be an important part of the Brewers' bullpen going forward in 2014.
