Red Sox signed RHP Chris Resop to a minor league contract. Resop is coming off a year where he posted a 6.00 ERA and 13/10 K/BB ratio in 18 frames, which got him non-tendered by the A's. He'll provide some Triple-A depth for the Red Sox.
