Mark Zuckerman of NatsInsider.com reports that Jerry Blevins is on the Nationals' radar as a left-handed relief option. Zuckerman also mentions Justin Wilson, which had previously been reported. The Nationals are also in on J.P. Howell, Boone Logan, Scott Downs and Oliver Perez as they attempt to bolster their left-handed relief. Blevins is due a raise in arbitration after making $1.1 million in 2013.
