Cubs claimed RHP Guillermo Moscoso off waivers from the Blue Jays. Moscoso had an ugly 6.12 ERA over 50 innings with the Rockies this season, but he could make the Cubs' Opening Day roster as a reliever. The 29-year-old had a 3.38 ERA in 128 innings with the A's in 2011.
