Cubs sent RHP Manny Corpas outright to Triple-A Iowa. Corpas posted a 5.01 ERA in 48 appearances in his first full season since coming back from Tommy John surgery. CSN's Patrick Mooney reports Corpas has refused his minor league assignment and elected free agency.
