Trumbo shed 10 pounds this offseason in addition to changing his workout regimen as part of a concerted effort to become a better defender, the Arizona Republic reports. Trumbo has reported feeling more mobile this spring, as he cut back on some of his upper body lifting in favor of increasing his leg work. The Diamondbacks are moving Trumbo from left field to right, where his arm enable him to make the switch with relative ease. In terms of range, it remains to be seen if the adjustments to his offseason workout plan will pay dividends.
