Phelps has lost his arbitration case with the Marlins and will receive a one-year, $1.4 million deal for 2015, Mark Feinsand of the New York Daily News reports.Phelps was a below average reliever for the Yankees in the last two years, but should benefit from the lower scoring NL East and spacious Marlins Park. He's got a good shot at replicating his 2012 season under those conditions.
