Cabrera (ankle) will see doctors Tuesday, at which point the Tigers expect to know more about his timeframe, MLive.com's Chris Iott reports.Speaking in late January, Tigers GM Dave Dombrowski said that Cabrera should be ready to play within the first few weeks of the season, if not by Opening Day. Another update will likely be available next week, after Cabrera visits with doctors.
