Belisario agreed to a minor league deal with the Blue Jays on Thursday, Jim Bowden of ESPN reports. Belisario spent part of last season as the closer for the White Sox but struggled down the stretch and was eventually outrighted. The 31-year-old, who posted a 5.56 ERA last season, will look to make the team out of camp but could end up at Triple-A.
