Santos is expected to sign with the Dodgers, Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times reports. Santos, whose option was declined by the Blue Jays in November, threw 21.0 innings in 2014, amassing an ugly 8.57 ERA in 26 appearances. He'll likely sign a minor league deal with the Dodgers, and the 30-year-old will have to again prove he's capable of producing at the major league level
