Napoli will have surgery to alleviate his ongoing case of sleep apnea, WEEI.com reports. "I've been dealing with sleep apnea for a long time, my whole career," Napoli wrote in a text to WEEI.com. "I've tried numerous things and none of them worked. Dental mouth piece, CPAP machine, medicines � It's just gotten to the point where I have to get this done." The procedure will be performed November 4, and it's the only surgery on tap for Napoli, who battled finger, toe and back injuries in 2014.
