Stewart left Sunday's game with a hand/wrist injury, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. Stewart was hit on his hand on the backswing of a Johnny Cueto RBI hit, and had to be removed from the game as a result. Tony Sanchez came into the game to serve as his replacement. Sanchez could be in line to see extra work if a catcher is needed in a tiebreaker game Monday or Wild Card contest Wednesday, as fellow backstop Russell Martin is also nursing a hamstring injury.
