Beltran (elbow) is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Orioles. Beltran has been sidelined by an elbow injury for seven of the last eight games, and he will add another to that string Wednesday. He is putting off surgery to the end of the season, but the team seems content to let him sit a majority of the remaining games.
