Soriano picked up the save Sunday against Miami despite allowing an earned run. Because Drew Storen pitched both Friday and Saturday, Soriano was given a chance to close things out Sunday. The 34-year-old was shaky in August (4.38 ERA) and has been even worse in September, allowing seven earned runs over 7.1 innings.
