Pagan (back) is out of the lineup Saturday against the Padres, Andrew Baggerty of CSN Bay Area reports. Pagan has been dealing with a back issue all season. He returned to the lineup Friday, but was forced out early after his back seized up again. He was set to be re-evaluated Saturday, so the injury must be causing him enough pain to keep him out again. He is still considered day-to-day at this point, while Juan C. Perez will start in center field in his place.
