After missing 14 games due to migraine headaches, Cervelli will step back in behind the plate Tuesday with Brian McCann at first in place of Mark Teixeira (wrist). Cervelli has compiled an impressive .284/.346/.486 batting line so far in the second half, and he could see more regular starts over the final weeks if Teixeira is forced to miss additional time.
