Kazmir will start Sunday against the Angels, the San Jose Mercury News reports. Manager Bob Melvin has decided Kazmir could use a bit of extra rest this time through the rotation, so he'll move Samardzija up and push Kazmir back to Sunday. The switch is convenient in that it breaks up the two lefty starters, Kazmir and Jon Lester.
