Holland (knee) has been scratched from his rehab start Sunday due to back spasms, Anthony Andro of Fox Sports Southwest reports. No immediate timetable has been given for Holland to resume his work in game action, but the plan previously called for one additional rehab start beyond Sunday before an activation from the disabled list in early September.
