You can make changes to your teams each Monday up to 7pm EST, or until the team your player begins play. For example, if Detroit doesn't play until Wednesday, you can bench or cut and then add a player. At least that is when I have been able to make changes. Hope this helps.

Each team has two bench players. When/how can they be swapped with your starting players?
