I have one team needing owner and maybe one more. It is a dynasty league, so when I get the new owners, is there a way to do a dispersal draft with all FA and players on their team (no rookies or draft picks)?
Any insight would be helpful
Best bet is probably an offline draft and then commissioner can edit the rosters.
I don't think flea has that option ... unless you just have owners drop 2 players into free agency so that other owners can compete
