Why the late position change? The season starts Thursday and drafts have mostly now been completed. His value is changed greatly moving from DL to LB and it seems to have screwed over anyone having drafted him in IDP leagues.
We make assessments at the end of the third week of the preseason as official rosters get updated. Position changes at any time aren't ideal for many reasons, but our goal is to reflect the official NFL rosters.
I'm also curious why Mark Barron gets a dual role status when it was mentioned in an earlier post that that's not ideal. In other leagues for baseball players gain eligibility after a certain number of games played at that position but only lose eligibility in the following season where they ended up not playing a position.

The only other NFL player we've updated this preseason is Brandon Graham to DL. (philadelphiaeagles.com)
We'll continue to watch these players closely to see if additional position shifts occur.
