1. You can't add extra rounds to the draft through the software. Usually a player will select a player and that player is off limits for the rest of the league.
2. Once the draft is over, you'll see a button that says Edit Waiver Budget -- you can do it through here in Commish Options
Right just make sure you leave that player in the pool and have no other team draft them. After the draft, head to Commish Options>Edit Rosters and you can select the roster and add the player to the respective team.

Hi. Two part question here:
1. How can I add a compensatory pick to the third round? This was part of our prize for the consolation bracket winner.
2. How can I adjust the blind bid auction balance per team? We are rolling money over year by year.

Ok, so no adding an extra pick to a round. I'll just pause and have them select a player and then remove that player from the draft at that time.
