Sidney Rice (concussion) was limited in Seahawks practice Wednesday. Coach Pete Carroll is optimistic about Rice's chances of playing against the Rams. He'll need to be medically cleared, of course, but would be worth a look as a low-end WR2 in a favorable matchup if Rice gets the green light.
