LeSean McCoy is fully expected to practice Friday after begin sent home with an illness on Thursday. Dion Lewis and Ronnie Brown split first-team reps in Thursday's practice. McCoy's workload should not be affected by the illness, though. He remains a top-five fantasy play against the Bears.
