Kevin Kolb (toe, foot) is inactive for Week 10's game against the Eagles, and was only going to play in an emergency after his foot swelled up on the team's flight to Philadelphia. John Skelton will start as expected and is far off the QB2 radar. Richard Bartel will be the next quarterback up if Skelton has problems.
