John Skelton is fully expected to start against the 49ers in Week 11 with Kevin Kolb (toe, foot) "doubtful to return in time." According to NFL Network's Jason LaCanfora, Kolb "might not be able to practice this week at all." LaCanfora's sources also expect the Cardinals coaching staff to go back to the 1-6 Kolb once he's healthy, though that could change in a week. Skelton will not be a top-20 fantasy option against the NFL's most physical defense.
