Damian Williams started the Titans' second preseason game in place of Kenny Britt (precautionary). Williams only had a five-yard catch on two targets, but this is notable in case Britt misses any regular season time after three offseason arrests. Williams appears to have overtaken Justin Gage as the Titans' No. 3 receiver.
