The Vikings have released a statement saying CB Chris Cook "will remain on our 53-man roster but will not participate in our football activities." It appears Cook's suspension has ended, as otherwise he could not be on the Vikings' 53-man roster. What's less clear is if he will be active against the Packers Sunday.
