Coach Mike Munchak said Monday that the Titans have no plans to insert Jake Locker despite a spiraling passing game. The Titans want Locker to watch Matt Hasselbeck for his rookie year. Perhaps their minds will change if losses continue to pile up, for there are no plans to insert Locker for the foreseeable future. Tennessee is currently 4-4, good for second place in the AFC South. Locker finished the preseason 32-of-49 (65.3 percent) for 316 yards (6.4 YPA), two touchdowns, and one interception. He rushed for another score and 64 yards on eight scrambles.
