It shouldn't even be a question at this point who the starter should be. They've scored more points in the game and 1 quarter of time Painter has played than Collins' two games plus.

lol. I don't know if he is viable or not fantasy-wise, but if he doesn't get some better protection, he is going to wind up with Marc Bulger syndrome.
