Rask enters the matchup in the midst of a four-game winning streak. One of those victories came against Los Angeles, though he surrendered four goals to the opposition on home ice. The Kings have seemingly found a spark offensively of late, notching three or more goals in each of its last five games, so Rask will need to be on top of his game to keep the streak alive.

It was his second shutout of the season, with his last one coming on Jan. 8 against Minnesota. Rask now owns a .922 save percentage, his best since the 2014-15 campaign.

Rask will start in net Sunday against the Capitals in DC.

Rask has posted strong efforts in the crease over the past month-plus, owning a 6-0-2 record with a 1.90 GAA and a .937 save percentage over his last nine appearances. The Capitals really struggled in January, posting a minus-17 goal differential over 12 games, so Rask should have a decent shot at keeping his streak without a regulation loss alive.
