And I'm always going to be strong, but the lighter I can get, the faster I can get ... and for me, it was best to be up and down the stairs more than once or twice a week. That's something I want to bring back into my game, proving I belong every time I step out onto the ice." Peckham isn't much of an offensive force either way, but he did accumulate 198 penalty minutes in 2010-11.
