Zucker generated an even-strength goal along with a secondary assist on Matt Dumba's game-winning score in overtime Friday night, helping the Wild prevail over the Ducks on the road, 3-2.
EDGE Analysis
The California native is producing at a dizzying pace, having secured 14 goals, 10 assists and a plus-8 rating to complement four power-play points through 28 games this season. It's going to be difficult for him to maintain a shooting percentage of 20.9, but even a bit of regression in that area is tolerable when he's also setting up a decent amount of goals.

Zucker scored and posted three shots on goal over 18:33 of ice time in a 3-2 victory against the Avalanche on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
More playing time has been commonplace for Zucker this season, as his ice time has increased from 15:17 last season to nearly 18 minutes per game in 2017-18. With that extra playing time, he's rewarded owners with 12 goals and 18 points in 22 games, putting him well ahead of last season's pace. In 2016-17, he posted 22 scores and 47 points in 79 games. More ice time has been part of his surge, but Zucker has also been helped by his 22.2 shooting percentage, which is almost 10 percent higher than his career norm. Both of these factors make Zucker an interesting sell-high candidate.

Zucker scored Minnesota's only goal in a 1-0 win over Philadelphia on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Zuckermania continues. He has scored every Minnesota goal in their last three games -- that's six in three games. Zucker will come back to earth, but for now, he's a mandatory play.

Zucker scored three goals on seven shots during Thursday's 3-0 win over Montreal.
EDGE Analysis
The final dagger was an empty-net goal, but fantasy owners and the Wild definitely won't downgrade the monster showing. After all, Zucker had been pretty quiet before his current three-game point streak that's gone for five goals and an assist. The heater has him up to eight goals and 13 points through 15 outings for the campaign, and Zucker should be started confidently in the majority of settings until he slows down offensively.

Zucker scored twice in a 4-2 defeat to Toronto on Wednesday, his first multi-goal game of the year.
EDGE Analysis
Despite 37 shots on goal against Toronto, Minnesota's only offense came from Zucker, who hadn't scored a goal since Oct. 26 before this game. At 10 points this season, there's still time for Zucker to get back to his preseason expectation of building on a 22-goal campaign in 2016-17.

Zucker scored his second goal of the season and added an assist and five shots on goal in 19:52 of ice time in Thursday's win over Chicago.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker has four points in his last two games. He got 4:06 of ice time on the power play as he'll get more opportunities to score with injuries to five skaters usually on the Wild's top three lines.

Zucker (abdomen) will suit up for Thursday's preseason tilt against Winnipeg.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker -- who required offseason surgery for a sports hernia -- is back to 100 percent and coming off the best season of his career. The 25-year-old set career high in goals (22), helpers (25), plus/minus (plus-34) and shots on goal (172). Given the assembled scoring talent around him, there is little reason to doubt the winger will be able to recreate similar offensive production this year.

Zucker (hernia) ended up on Minnesota's protected list, meaning he won't be an option for the Golden Knights in the expansion draft, the Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker is fresh off a banner season with the Wild, as he dropped in 22 goals, 25 assists, and an outstanding plus-30 rating over 79 regular-season games. He sputtered a bit in the playoffs with Minnesota eliminated from contention in the conference quarterfinals for the second straight year, but losing a point-packing forward to an expansion franchise for no return understandably wasn't in the cards for GM Chuck Fletcher.

Zucker has looked so good following bilateral core muscle surgery that GM Chuck Fletcher told the winger to "slow it down," the Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Considering that he is only four weeks removed from surgery to repair a sports hernia, the big boss has pumped the brakes on Zucker's activity level. "It's amazing a surgery like that can get you back in four weeks now," Fletcher said. Remember, Zucker played through the injury, and with positive reports early in the offseason, his fantasy stock shouldn't be negatively affected.

Zucker's operation to repair a sports hernia went as planned and he's expected to be healthy for the start training camp.
EDGE Analysis
The Las Vegas native had a bounceback season in 2016-17, tallying career bests for games played (79), goals (22), assists (25), points (47), and plus-minus (plus-34). It's unclear how long Zucker had been playing through the injury, but it makes you wonder how much more productive he could've been if fully healthy and if he averaged more than 16 seconds of powerplay time-on-ice per game. Should his recovery follow the announced timeline, Zucker is definitely a player to keep an eye out for in 2017-18.
