Travis Hamonic (face) thinks he'll be able to start skating in three-to-four days. Hamonic needed surgery to repair a broken nose after being struck by Buffalo's Christian Ehrhoff shot on Feb. 4. He might return to the Islanders' lineup as early as next week.
