Setoguchi has been waived by the Flames, Scott Cruickshank of the Calgary Herald reports. Setoguchi had no points and a minus-7 in 12 games, so Calgary cut him loose. Setoguchi was dynamite for the Sharks a few years ago, but has steadily gone downhill ever since.
